Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Real Estate Development to lead and manage large-scale, high-value development projects across Dubai, UAE. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader with a strong track record in executing complex real estate developments across residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use sectors. The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with the Dubai real estate landscape and skilled in managing end-to-end project lifecycles.

About the Client:
A prominent UAE-based company driving urban transformation through major investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure, retail, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full lifecycle development of real estate projects – from site acquisition, feasibility studies, and financial modeling to design, entitlements, construction, and sale or lease.

• Lead the management of multiple concurrent developments, ensuring execution aligns with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Coordinate directly with consultants, regulatory bodies, design teams, and internal departments throughout all development phases.

• Conduct site selection, due diligence, and risk analysis to drive strategic investment decisions.

• Structure and secure financing through a mix of debt, equity, and public-private partnerships.

• Build and nurture key relationships with investors, government agencies, communities, and internal stakeholders.

• Monitor real estate market trends and guide strategies for leasing or asset disposition to maximize ROI and align with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Male, age 50 or below

• Strong financial acumen and experience with investment structuring and public-private partnerships
