Job Title: E-Commerce Sales Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-Commerce Sales Specialist to manage and grow online product sales for a diverse range of items, including diamonds, lab-grown American diamonds, coffee beans, honey, furniture, and fine art photography. The ideal candidate will be responsible for listing, promoting, and optimizing products on major online marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, and other e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

🛒 Product Listing & Optimization

• Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Noon, and other e-commerce platforms.

• Write compelling product descriptions and enhance listings with SEO-friendly keywords.

📈 Sales & Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute strategies to boost online sales and enhance product visibility.

• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to maximize revenue potential.

📦 Inventory & Order Management

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability across all platforms.

• Coordinate with the team to manage stock updates and avoid shortages.

📩 Customer Support & Engagement

• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional online service.

• Monitor customer feedback and reviews to enhance product positioning.

Qualifications & Requirements

✔ Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing preferred.
✔ Skills:

• Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Portal, and other marketplaces.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC advertising, and digital marketing techniques.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  ✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  ✔ Tech Skills: Familiarity with e-commerce tools, analytics, and online sales software.
