Job Title: Medical Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Executive to promote and sell pharmaceutical and medical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with clients while providing comprehensive product information to drive sales and market growth.

As part of your role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to promote medical products effectively.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and sales strategies.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing strategic sales initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights to support business growth.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure customer feedback is integrated into product strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Business, or related discipline).
1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales (preferred).
Strong communication & interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
Analytical mindset to assess market trends and competitive strategies.
Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Nationality: Indian

  • Years of Experience: 1-2 years

  • Industry: Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices
