Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage insurance requests, shipment tracking, cost control, and documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient shipment handling, resolve inventory-related issues, and maintain compliance with logistics regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Shipment & Insurance Coordination
- Send and track insurance requests related to shipments.
- Review and follow up on invoices for shipment-related transactions.
✅ Logistics Management
- Monitor shipment schedules, costs, and overall efficiency.
- Ensure timely and productive execution of logistics operations.
✅ Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare commercial invoices and packing lists for billing purposes.
- Address and resolve shipment and inventory-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with legal responsibilities and ISO specifications.
Qualifications & Skills:
📌 Education & Experience:
- Experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
- Knowledge of shipping, invoicing, and inventory management.
📌 Key Skills:
✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
✔ Understanding of legal responsibilities & ISO specifications.
✔ Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
