Key Responsibilities:

• Stage and show properties to potential clients.

• Advertise and market listings through various platforms.

• Identify and contact new prospects actively.

• Understand client criteria and preferences for living spaces.

• Negotiate rental terms and guide clients through the closing process.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1–2 years of sales or real estate experience.

• Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in Russian and English (preferred, based on job language).
