Anantara Hotels & Resorts is hiring a passionate In-room Dining Order Taker to join its world-class hospitality team in Dubai. As the first point of contact for guests ordering in-room dining, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience through accuracy, efficiency, and warm service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take in-room dining orders promptly and accurately over the phone.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.

• Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, beverages, and hotel services.

• Ensure all orders meet quality, presentation, and timing standards.

• Provide courteous and professional service while maintaining guest privacy.

• Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient IRD operations.

• Uphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the workplace.

• Handle guest feedback and communicate effectively with relevant departments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operations (preferred).

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Passion for delivering outstanding guest service.

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of menu items and food service procedures is a plus.
