This is a leadership role ideal for someone passionate about early years education, curriculum development, and delivering high-quality childcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with UAE regulatory standards.

• Develop and implement engaging early years curricula that foster a love for learning.

• Lead, mentor, and manage nursery staff, focusing on professional development, training, and performance management.

• Build strong relationships with parents, the community, and stakeholders to enhance engagement and satisfaction.

• Drive marketing, enrollment initiatives, and strategies to strengthen the nursery’s presence and reputation.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards across all aspects of nursery operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven UAE experience in early years education and nursery management.

• CACHE Level 5 certification.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
