Axis Dental Lab, a leading and rapidly growing dental laboratory in Business Bay, Dubai, is seeking a skilled and meticulous Dental Ceramist to join their full-time production team. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about creating highly aesthetic dental restorations using Emax and Zirconia, with strong attention to detail, precision, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform final layering, staining, and glazing of Emax and Zirconia restorations to ensure optimal aesthetics and function.

• Apply porcelain to create natural contours and surface textures on all fixed prosthetics.

• Master custom staining and glazing techniques to achieve perfect shade matching with patients’ dentition.

• Communicate effectively with dentists, laboratory managers, and team members regarding case design, shade, and quality.

• Collaborate closely with laboratory staff to maintain high quality control standards.

• Work efficiently within production schedules, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Dental Ceramist, specializing in aesthetic anterior and posterior restorations in Emax and Zirconia.

• English proficiency for communication with international clients and team members.

• Valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) License required.

• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating layering, shade matching, and anatomical accuracy.

• Expertise in dentist communication to clarify prescriptions and ensure precise patient outcomes.

• Exceptional attention to detail, keen eye for color, and commitment to precision.
