Hireoom is seeking a passionate Fitness Coach to join a leading female-only fitness center in Kuwait. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for career growth and a supportive work environment. The Fitness Coach will be responsible for conducting engaging women’s fitness classes, motivating clients, and ensuring a safe, positive, and results-driven experience. This role requires energetic, certified professionals who enjoy working with clients and fostering a healthy lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct women’s fitness classes, ensuring exercises are performed safely and effectively.

• Motivate and guide clients to achieve fitness goals.

• Customize workouts based on client needs, skill levels, and fitness objectives.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming fitness environment.

• Provide professional advice on exercise techniques and healthy living.

• Track client progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Collaborate with management to plan class schedules and fitness programs.

Requirements:

• Certified Fitness Coach with relevant credentials.

• Strong passion for health, fitness, and empowering women.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Energetic, professional, and able to inspire clients.

• Ability to relocate to Kuwait and work on-site full-time.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic salary: up to 650 KWD + commission structure (total 900–1000 KWD+ per month)
