Anonymous is seeking a Freelance Recruiter to support talent acquisition on a project basis. This remote, full-time opportunity is ideal for experienced recruiters who are skilled in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates across multiple industries. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building candidate pipelines, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and feedback collection.

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.

• Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an in-house or agency recruiter.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social platforms.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple roles simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility to work on a freelance/project basis.
