Job Overview:
The CEO will lead the firm’s strategic direction, oversee operations, manage risk and compliance, drive business growth, and build a high-performing team. This role requires a senior leader with deep knowledge of capital markets, regulatory frameworks, and a proven track record in brokerage or securities management.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute overall business strategy within the DIFC framework.

Drive growth in securities dealing, brokerage, margin trading, and related services.
Regulatory & Licensing Oversight

Lead license application processes and ensure full DFSA compliance.

Act as primary contact for regulators and external consultants.
Operational Management
-
Oversee daily operations across trading, settlement, risk management, and finance.

Implement robust policies, internal controls, and manage financial performance.
Risk & Compliance Management

Collaborate with Head of Compliance to enforce governance, AML/CFT policies, and risk frameworks.
Business Development

Build strategic partnerships with exchanges, custodians, and institutional clients.

Drive client acquisition and expand product offerings in securities trading and derivatives.
Financial & P&L Management

Manage revenue streams, cost structures, and financial planning to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
Technology & Innovation

Leverage fintech solutions to enhance trading services and competitiveness.
Talent Acquisition & Team Building

Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the brokerage industry.

At least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role (CEO/SEO or equivalent).

Experience in DFSA, FSRA, SFC, MAS, FCA, or other Tier-1 regulated environments.

Strong knowledge of capital markets, trading operations, and risk management.

Proven track record in scaling brokerage operations, client acquisition, and market expansion.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent business acumen with a growth-oriented mindset.
