Job Responsibilities:

• Perform live magic shows and close-up tricks to engage and entertain diverse audiences.

• Adapt performances to different age groups, cultural backgrounds, and event themes.

• Maintain costumes, props, and performance equipment to a high standard.

• Assist guest relations in crowd management, queue interaction, and responding to guest queries.

• Support operational duties including ticketing, guest flow management, and event setups.

• Participate in guest programs such as birthday parties, summer camps, exclusive tours, and Camping in the Rainforest.

• Contribute to advertising, promotional, and special events.

• Uphold excellent guest service standards and resolve queries professionally.

• Participate in animal handling training and deliver animal interactions according to SOPs.

• Stay updated on the Animal Handbook and share knowledge confidently with guests.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Certificate or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of experience in entertainment or performance.

• Strong stage presence, charisma, and performance skills.

• Not afraid of animals and willing to participate in animal interaction programs.

• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask between entertainment and guest service responsibilities.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during special events.
