Roblox, a global leader in immersive 3D digital experiences, is seeking a Senior Manager, Law Enforcement Liaison (Contractor) to join its team in Dubai. This role focuses on building and strengthening strategic relationships with law enforcement agencies across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), while supporting global safety initiatives to protect Roblox’s diverse community.

As part of Roblox’s mission to connect a billion people with optimism and civility, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Legal, Safety, Product, and Communications—to advance platform safety and support law enforcement agencies. This position is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong background in law enforcement, government, or trust and safety, who are motivated to drive impact in the online safety space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with law enforcement agencies in MENA, while supporting global outreach as needed.

• Plan and deliver educational programs for law enforcement on Roblox’s safety initiatives and policies.

• Monitor and analyze law enforcement developments in the region and provide internal advisories.

• Serve as a trusted liaison, empathetically addressing law enforcement concerns and scaling best practices.

• Gain deep expertise in Roblox’s safety ecosystem to advocate for strategic enhancements.

• Draft concise and professional reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to handle law enforcement emergencies, safety escalations, and policy initiatives.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in law enforcement, intelligence, government, trust and safety, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of law enforcement and policymakers in the MENA region.

• In-depth knowledge of online safety challenges, particularly child safety and region-specific concerns.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven track record in public speaking, relationship-building, and managing complex initiatives.

• Ability to work under pressure, handle sensitive situations, and manage multiple projects.

• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• Willingness to provide on-call support during weekends and holidays, and to review sensitive or graphic content in line with Roblox policies.

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time contract position based in Dubai, with flexibility for remote work.

• Onsite presence is expected Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional office days on Monday and Friday.
