Hilton is seeking an Assistant Guest Relations Manager at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for ensuring exceptional service for VIP guests, managing first impressions, and coordinating with hotel departments to meet guest needs. The role focuses on high standards of hospitality, customer satisfaction, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet, greet, and direct guests entering the lobby area.

  • Serve as the primary contact for VIP guests and communicate their needs to hotel departments.

  • Collect verbal feedback from guests and address inquiries promptly.

  • Manage long-stay guests (14+ days) to ensure comfort and satisfaction.

  • Record, manage, and resolve guest complaints efficiently.

  • Maintain a high level of customer service in the Reception, Lobby, and Executive Lounge.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of all hotel facilities and identify up-selling opportunities.

  • Plan and enhance lobby/reception decoration during seasonal periods to improve guest experience.

  • Track and reward guest loyalty in collaboration with the Executive Lounge Manager.

  • Maintain effective communication and relationships across all hotel departments.

  • Attend Reception and Executive Lounge meetings as required.

  • Comply with hotel security, fire, and health & safety regulations.

  • Assist other departments when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous managerial experience in a customer service function.

  • Ability to listen and respond to demanding guest needs.

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Accountable, resilient, and committed to high-level customer service.

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to different situations.

  • IT proficiency is advantageous.
