Skyports Infrastructure is seeking a Vertiport Terminal Supervisor to lead terminal operations in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing passenger flow, managing facilities, coordinating operational teams, and ensuring high standards of customer service in the emerging urban air mobility sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

• Act as the main point of contact for vertiport terminal passenger services.

• Monitor terminal operations and manage passenger flow efficiently.

• Coordinate passenger movements with key stakeholders.

• Oversee daily terminal facilities management.

Customer Relations:

• Handle passenger and air operator complaints and disruptions.

• Resolve passenger requests and issues promptly.

• Ensure exceptional customer service standards.

Emergency Coordination:

• Initiate and manage terminal evacuation procedures during emergencies.

• Oversee passenger triage and staging areas.

• Coordinate with emergency services during incidents.

Reporting:

• Communicate daily terminal operations to the Vertiport Operations Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience in aviation, transportation, or hospitality preferred.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Experience in emergency management is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English and Arabic.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges.

• Valid security clearance (or ability to obtain).
