This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates passionate about people development and hospitality. The intern will assist the L&D team with training coordination, onboarding support, and employee engagement initiatives, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating training programs and workshops.

• Support preparation of training materials, presentations, and e-learning content.

• Maintain training records, attendance logs, and evaluation reports.

• Assist with onboarding programs for new team members.

• Conduct research on learning trends, tools, and best practices.

• Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.

• Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the L&D team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality or a related field.

• Passionate about learning, development, and people engagement.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

• Basic video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, iMovie, or similar) are a plus.
