Aujan Interiors is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Timekeeper to join their team in Dubai. The Timekeeper will be responsible for monitoring daily staff attendance, maintaining accurate timesheets, preparing work orders, and supporting staff accommodation logistics. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate payroll processing and smooth site operations. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and monitor daily attendance of all site staff.

  • Report attendance data promptly to relevant departments.

  • Update and maintain labor and staff timesheets daily, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Prepare and submit monthly work orders in coordination with project managers and department heads.

  • Support and coordinate staff accommodation facilities, including maintaining occupancy records.

  • Prepare, calculate, and verify monthly overtime sheets in alignment with timesheets.

  • Provide administrative HR coordination support when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Timekeeper or in HR/administrative coordination preferred.

  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and timekeeping systems.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Immediate joiners will be given priority.
