The role involves managing employee relations, ensuring fair employment practices, and supporting organizational growth through effective HR strategies. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in recruitment, compensation, benefits, and UAE labor law compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees.

• Develop and implement programs to strengthen employee relations.

• Ensure employees receive accurate pay and benefits.

• Prepare and deliver compensation and benefits comparison reports for executive review.

• Promote workplace equality, health, and safety.

• Ensure employment policies are aligned with UAE labor laws and regulations.

• Advise management on salaries, redundancy, and employment law issues.

• Record, maintain, and process confidential HR information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of experience in HR operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.

• Proficiency in recruitment, drafting contracts, and employee relations.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
