DRUK Recruitment & Realty is seeking a highly skilled Civil Foreman with expertise in interior fit-out works, particularly in F&B (Food & Beverage) construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, managing workforce productivity, and ensuring that all tasks are executed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role demands a detail-oriented professional who can deliver projects on time while adhering to client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities related to civil and fit-out works.

• Manage subcontractors and workforce to ensure adherence to drawings and specifications.

• Maintain site safety and high standards of workmanship.

• Interpret construction drawings and address discrepancies.

• Ensure project milestones are achieved on time.

• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, consultants, and site staff.

• Oversee logistics, tools, materials, and equipment on site.

• Maintain site documentation, including daily work reports, labor attendance, and delivery records.

• Conduct quality checks and resolve technical/site-related issues promptly.

• Assist in preparing progress reports and work plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of UAE experience in civil/fit-out projects, preferably in F&B, restaurants, or hospitality spaces.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• Strong knowledge of fit-out methods, finishes, materials, and safety procedures.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Must hold a valid UAE Driving License.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing fit-out projects in malls or high-end restaurant interiors.
