Role Overview:
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a positive impression and smooth front-office operations. This full-time, on-site role involves administrative support, reception management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors professionally to create a positive first impression.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.

Manage meeting room bookings and ensure facilities are prepared.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department as needed.

Order and manage office supplies to maintain stock levels.

Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in a reception or administrative role within a professional setting.
