Role Overview:
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a positive impression and smooth front-office operations. This full-time, on-site role involves administrative support, reception management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors professionally to create a positive first impression.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.

  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure facilities are prepared.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

  • Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department as needed.

  • Order and manage office supplies to maintain stock levels.

  • Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role within a professional setting.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in common office software and equipment.

  • Polished and professional appearance appropriate for the Financial Services industry.
