Leading Workplace® is hiring a remote Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new business opportunities, build a strong client pipeline, and support revenue growth. This role is ideal for motivated professionals who enjoy outbound prospecting and are passionate about connecting with decision-makers globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research target accounts and key decision-makers.

  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.

  • Qualify leads based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

  • Schedule meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to Sales Managers.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.

  • Comfortable with cold outreach and lead generation tools.

  • Resilient, motivated, and driven to achieve targets.
