Marriott International is hiring an Officer – Loss Prevention at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests, associates, and property, while supporting hotel operations with effective loss prevention and security practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol and monitor hotel premises to maintain a safe environment.

• Respond quickly to incidents, accidents, and emergency situations.

• Investigate suspicious activities, prepare reports, and support incident resolution.

• Assist in maintaining security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control.

• Work closely with hotel management and local authorities when needed.

• Foster a culture of safety and awareness among staff and guests.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in security, hospitality, or loss prevention is preferred.

• Strong observational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to remain calm and take decisive action in emergencies.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and incident management procedures.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Physically fit and able to perform security duties.
