Marriott International is seeking an Officer – Loss Prevention to join Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre. This role focuses on maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and associates, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and protecting company assets. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety of guests, associates, and property.

• Respond to accidents, incidents, and emergency situations promptly and effectively.

• Investigate security-related issues and prepare detailed reports.

• Support in loss prevention activities, including CCTV monitoring and access control.

• Collaborate with hotel management and local authorities when required.

• Promote a culture of safety, awareness, and compliance among associates.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in security, loss prevention, or hospitality safety is preferred.

• Strong observation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.

• Knowledge of safety regulations, emergency response, and incident handling.

• Physically fit to carry out security duties effectively.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
