This hands-on, full-time program provides real experience in the energy sector, covering field engineering, technical analysis, and operational leadership. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform field operations and operate equipment while managing team wellsite performance.

• Support engineers and specialists on-site with risk analysis, planning, and operational reporting.

• Learn the well construction process and coordinate with service companies.

• Prepare wellsite reports and post-job debriefings.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
