FTI Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst Intern to join their Strategy & Transformation team in Dubai for Summer 2026. This internship offers hands-on experience in business analysis, problem-solving, and strategic consulting, providing exposure to multinational clients and complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and synthesize findings into clear presentations and reports.

• Participate in client and internal team meetings, contributing insights and supporting project execution.

• Assist senior team members with planning, coordination, and implementation of client projects.

• Support business development initiatives and intellectual capital development efforts.

• Engage in mentorship and professional training programs to develop consulting skills and industry expertise.

• Network with senior team members and industry leaders to expand professional connections.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a full-time bachelor’s or master’s degree with graduation/gap year between June 2026 – June 2027.

• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.

• Ability to work 40 hours per week for the internship duration and travel to client and office locations as needed.

• Preferred majors: Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in diverse, international teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Keen interest in strategy consulting and business transformation.
