LNKD is hiring a Product Manager to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for Web3 and blockchain-focused products. The role includes managing product lifecycle, conducting market and user research, collaborating across departments, and driving innovation to ensure competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

• Develop and execute a customer-centric roadmap in collaboration with Technology, UX/UI, and Go-to-Market teams.

• Prioritize development activities to optimize resources and meet delivery timelines.

• Manage product delivery lifecycle including user stories, requirements, and new feature releases.

• Conduct market research and user research to inform product strategy and roadmap adjustments.

• Monitor, optimize, and enhance product features based on user feedback and market changes.

• Implement validation techniques such as A/B testing, usability testing, and regression analysis.

• Maintain meticulous internal and external product documentation (specs, workflows, changelogs, release notes, guides, FAQs, API docs).

• Act as primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and issues.

• Build relationships with Web3 ecosystem stakeholders to drive user adoption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product design, or related roles.

• Experience with Web3, blockchain products, decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, smart contracts, dApps, and AI technology stacks.

• Strong network in the Web3 and AI communities.

• Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana.

• Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM.

• Good understanding of UX/UI design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and customer journeys.

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

• Ability to prioritize user experience and apply design thinking practices.
