Nestlé, the world’s largest Food & Beverage company, is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Dubai. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing strong customer relationships, and ensuring the availability and visibility of Nestlé products in the market. It is ideal for candidates with a business or marketing background, looking to grow in sales within a global organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales volumes and core distribution targets in the assigned territory.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, negotiating contracts and promotional plans.

Conduct daily field visits to ensure product availability and visibility in stores.

Report market intelligence including sales analysis, competitor activities, and customer plans.

Ensure proper stock rotation, manage short expiry issues, and maintain accurate customer records.

Follow up with merchandisers on daily plans and provide feedback on stock handling and product placements.
Requirements:

1–2 years of relevant sales experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Valid UAE driving license.
