One&Only Resorts Dubai is seeking an Assistant Manager for Aelia to assist in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. This role involves managing staff, ensuring operational excellence, delivering exceptional guest service, and supporting profitability while upholding the resort’s luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in running daily restaurant operations efficiently.

• Train, develop, and mentor team members to ensure high performance.

• Coordinate employee schedules and maintain staffing levels.

• Ensure SOPs, policies, and procedures are consistently implemented.

• Monitor and control operating costs while boosting employee retention.

• Deliver outstanding guest service and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

• Support the management in achieving operational and financial targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.

• Strong team leadership and staff management skills.

• High level of customer focus and ability to work under pressure.

• Hands-on management style with excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to inspire a team and maintain a positive, high-energy work environment.
