Rixos Hotels is seeking a Telephone Operator to provide exceptional guest communication and support at their Ras Al Khaimah resort. This full-time, on-site role focuses on handling guest inquiries, coordinating internal communication, assisting with reservations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls promptly, providing accurate information about resort services and amenities.

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints courteously and efficiently.

Assist guests with dining, spa, or activity reservations and confirm room bookings.

Coordinate messages and calls between guests and internal departments.

Maintain accurate logs of calls, requests, and complaints, escalating unresolved issues as needed.

Support internal communication systems and provide operational support during emergencies.

Uphold guest satisfaction standards, actively seeking feedback to improve telephone services.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Proficiency in telephone systems, booking software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
