AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Transport Planner to contribute to transport planning studies, including master plans, traffic impact studies, and multi-disciplinary planning projects across public and private sectors in Dubai. This hybrid, full-time role involves liaising with RTA, leading TIS projects, and preparing reports while supporting the growth of Atkins’ Transport Planning business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Traffic Impact Studies (TIS) in Dubai, coordinating with RTA departments.

• Contribute to transport master plans, traffic modelling, and travel demand studies.

• Conduct traffic analysis and prepare reports in accordance with RTA standards.

• Guide transport planning for large development projects and city-wide mobility plans.

• Assist in business development for Atkins Transport Planning services.

• Work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams and communicate findings effectively.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Transport Planning is a plus).

• 12–15 years of experience in traffic engineering, transport planning, and modelling projects.

• Registered RTA TIS Liaison Engineer with experience in Level 1–3 TIS projects.

• Knowledge of UAE transport planning standards, RTA guidelines, and traffic analysis software (SYNCHRO, SIDRA, HCS).

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.

• Competent in project and financial management, Microsoft Office Suite, and report preparation.
