Client Engagement Manager – IFZA (Dubai)
International Free Zone Authority (IFZA) Dubai , UAE

IFZA Dubai is seeking a Client Engagement Manager (CEM) to drive sales of IFZA licenses and products while building strong client relationships. The role involves proactive business development, lead generation, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. This full-time, on-site position offers exposure to an international team and opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced Free Zone environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and monitor sales initiatives to meet or exceed targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction.

  • Respond proactively to client queries, concerns, and expectations.

  • Implement business development strategies to generate new sales opportunities.

  • Participate in CRM activities, sales meetings, and training sessions.

  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to keep stakeholders informed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5–12 years of experience in sales and client relationship management.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to track and analyze relevant KPIs.

  • Full English proficiency; additional languages (Portuguese, French, Spanish, Italian, German) are an advantage.
