Givaudan, the global leader in fragrances and flavors, is seeking a Perfumery Laboratory Assistant to support the Perfumery team in Dubai Media City. The role involves compounding, sampling, and performing day-to-day lab operations efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards. This position is ideal for candidates passionate about fragrance creation and laboratory work.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the entire compounding process under guidance from Perfumers.

• Perform sampling processes efficiently and cost-effectively.

• Monitor and remove expired raw materials.

• Check and ensure the quality of raw materials.

• Maintain the laboratory according to EH&S policies and safety norms.

• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate effectively with team members in a creative and dynamic environment.

🛠 Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a relevant discipline.

• 3–4 years of experience in fragrance compounding laboratory or related environment.

• Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.

• Ability to adapt to working in a laboratory environment with constant exposure to raw material scents.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.
