💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to individual students inside and outside the classroom.

• Assist in implementing and monitoring Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

• Support pupils with academic, physical, emotional, and behavioral needs.

• Encourage social and communication skill development.

• Prepare learning resources and differentiate materials to support student access.

• Monitor, praise, and reinforce student progress.

• Supervise students during class, activities, and school trips.

• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and the Head of Inclusion to maximize student outcomes.

• Participate in extra-curricular activities, professional training, and therapy interventions (SaLT/OT/ABA).

• Adhere to school policies, including confidentiality, behavior management, and health & safety standards.

🛠 Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in SEN (Special Educational Needs).

• At least 2 years of SEN experience.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to foster independence and positive behavior in students.

• Team player with a proactive and compassionate approach.

• UAE Nationals only (as per requirement).
