The role involves preparing accurate project cost estimates, coordinating with teams, and delivering competitive quotations for bespoke furniture and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) projects.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Review project drawings, BOQs, and client specifications to prepare precise cost estimates.

• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and design teams to finalize labor and material costs.

• Generate quotations and competitive pricing for custom furniture and FF&E projects.

• Evaluate and negotiate supplier quotations; maintain updated cost databases.

• Monitor project budgets and provide regular cost forecasts.

🛠 Skills & Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in estimation within the FF&E and contract furniture industry.

• Strong knowledge of furniture components, materials, and manufacturing processes.

• Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD or estimation software is an advantage.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical abilities.

• Must be UAE-based or available to relocate immediately.
