ZMI Holdings, a leading provider of offshore marine services for oil & gas companies, is seeking a Marine Superintendent to oversee ship management and fleet operations. The role ensures safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency for assigned vessels while leading a multi-disciplinary Integrated Operating Team (IOT). This position is key to maximizing fleet utilization and supporting client satisfaction and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Fleet & Operations Management:

• Lead and manage the Integrated Operating Team (IOT) to optimize fleet performance within budget.

• Oversee vessel operations including maintenance, dry docking, mobilization/demobilization, modifications, and stack management.

• Maintain client relationships and ensure operational standards meet company and regulatory requirements.

Team Leadership & Compliance:

• Manage multi-disciplinary IOT covering operations, marine services, technical, safety, procurement, crewing, admin, finance, and contracts.

• Monitor team performance and implement competency standards.

• Ensure compliance with company regulations (HSE, ESG, risk management, procurement, finance, crewing).

• Oversee HSE protocols and implementation across vessels.

Financial & Systems Oversight:

• Manage budgets and ensure financial control.

• Ensure adoption and effective use of AMOS system across assigned vessels.

• Maintain communication with vessel Masters and support IOT decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in maritime or related industry, preferably in fleet management.

• Unlimited Master Mariner Certificate of Competency (COC).

• Dynamic Positioning Certificate by Nautical Institute.

• Experience managing Offshore Support Vessels or Jack-Up Barges.

• ADNOC/Aramco Approval as Port Captain/Marine Superintendent is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine or related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
