Rotana Hotel Management is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining cleanliness standards across hotel rooms and public areas. The role involves performing daily housekeeping duties, ensuring safety and hygiene, and providing a welcoming environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive daily assignments, keys, and supplies from supervisors and maintain accurate key log records.

• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms, including making beds, washing sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, and floors.

• Replenish bathroom and room supplies, tidy guest items, and spot-clean carpets when needed.

• Maintain cleanliness in corridors, service pantries, and service areas.

• Remove room service trays and trolleys from guest rooms and corridors.

• Coordinate with valet services for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing requests.

• Report maintenance issues promptly and ensure fire exits and stairways are clear.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Vocational training in Housekeeping or relevant hotel department preferred.

• Good command of English is an advantage.

• Friendly, dedicated, and able to work in a multi-cultural environment.

• Strong customer service orientation and willingness to go the extra mile.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Teamwork, adaptability, and cross-cultural sensitivity.
