Emirates Logistics LLC is seeking a dedicated Safety Officer to oversee Health & Safety (H&S) operations across its facility in Dubai. This full-time role ensures the implementation of workplace safety protocols, compliance with standards, and promotes a strong safety culture. The ideal candidate is NEBOSH/IOSH trained, proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in safety supervision, incident management, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all Health & Safety (H&S) activities within the facility.

• Prepare and maintain H&S checklists, ensuring compliance throughout operations.

• Monitor and enforce the proper use of PPE among workers.

• Conduct daily rounds to identify hazards and coordinate corrective actions with supervisors.

• Maintain discipline, harmony, and safety awareness among staff.

• Organize periodic H&S training, safety induction, and awareness programs.

• Record and report incidents, accidents, and near misses accurately.

• Inspect, maintain, and manage safety equipment, including First Aid kits.

• Lead emergency evacuations and participate in safety drills.

• Monitor high-risk activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

• Implement proper waste management, housekeeping, and social hygiene standards.

• Carry out additional safety-related tasks assigned by the Department Head.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• NEBOSH / IOSH certification required.

• Energetic, proactive, and capable of physical activities.

• Strong people management, communication, and presentation skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for hazard and risk assessment.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Self-disciplined and committed to upholding safety culture.
