HitFame, a next-generation AI-powered networking and jobs platform for the global entertainment industry, is hiring a Talent Management Specialist – Indian Celebrity Bookings on a part-time, revenue-share basis in Dubai. With over 160,000+ users, HitFame empowers actors, singers, models, dancers, influencers, and creators to build their careers, network globally, and access genuine work opportunities.

As part of our expansion in the UAE and MENA markets, we are launching a celebrity booking division to handle collaborations, concerts, brand events, and private gigs featuring Indian celebrities. The Artist Management Specialist will be the key contact for clients, managing bookings and negotiations for high-profile talents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries and leads for Indian celebrity bookings in Dubai and across the UAE.

• Pitch and recommend talent options (singers, DJs, actors, influencers) from HitFame’s roster.

• Coordinate with talent managers, agencies, and artists alongside the India HQ team.

• Prepare customized proposals, pitch decks, and booking packages.

• Lead negotiations, manage contracts, and close booking deals.

• Support logistics, payments, and artist requirements post-booking.

• Build and maintain a strong local network with event planners, agencies, brands, and venues.

• Ensure seamless client experience from initial inquiry through to event execution.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Based in Dubai/UAE with an active network in events, entertainment, or hospitality.

• Proven experience in artist booking, event management, or celebrity liaison.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Hindi preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Indian celebrities, their market value, and fan base in the UAE.

• Availability for on-call coordination, WhatsApp/email correspondence, and occasional in-person meetings.

• Ability to work independently under pressure while representing HitFame professionally.
