Whizz HR, a people-focused HR solutions company, is looking for a Business Development Executive (Travel Industry) / Travel Consultant to join their Dubai team. This role is ideal for passionate individuals who enjoy engaging with people, selling travel experiences, and creating unforgettable journeys for clients.

As a Travel Consultant, you will assist clients with planning and booking international holiday packages, including honeymoons, family vacations, and group getaways. You’ll provide expert destination advice, curate itineraries, and deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in, phone, and online leads, converting them into confirmed bookings.

• Suggest customized holiday packages based on client preferences, interests, and budgets.

• Provide destination advice, plan detailed itineraries, and clearly communicate pricing.

• Follow up with clients, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional after-sales support.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.

• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team success.

• Develop lasting client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience selling CIS and Europe holiday packages.

• Proven ability to convert leads into sales through effective communication and follow-up.

• Strong customer-first mindset with a warm, approachable personality.

• Passion for travel and solid knowledge of destinations.

• Comfortable with quoting prices, overcoming objections, and closing sales.

• Must be based in Dubai or elsewhere in the UAE.
