Connecting Talent is seeking a highly motivated Customer Relation Advisor (Hindi-speaking Tele Sales Representative) to join their team in Dubai. This role is designed for UAE-based applicants who can join immediately. As a Customer Relation Advisor, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, assisting clients with account opening, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to promote products and services.

Maintain strong product knowledge to communicate features and benefits effectively.

Engage with potential leads and convert them into active clients, ensuring compliance with company regulations.

Support clients with account openings and first deposits.

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Skills & Qualifications Required:

Fluent in Hindi (mandatory).

Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, call center, BPO, or sales environment.

Knowledge of stock markets or forex trading is an added advantage.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
