Rastin Printing & Packaging Services, a leading Dubai-based company specializing in creative design, printing, and packaging solutions, is looking for a Sales Executive (Persian & English Speaker). The role focuses on building client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth while collaborating with design and production teams. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in local and international markets.

• Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring exceptional service.

• Conduct market research to develop effective sales strategies.

• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations.

• Negotiate and close contracts with clients.

• Collaborate with design and production teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• UAE Residency is mandatory.

• Fluency in Persian and English (verbal & written) is mandatory.

• Proven sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in printing and packaging industry is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: AED 2,000.

• Commission: 5% on sales (uncapped earning potential).

• Office Location: Aspin Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road – Next to Financial Centre Metro Station, Dubai.
