Emirates Logistics LLC is hiring a Safety Officer to oversee and coordinate all Health & Safety (H&S) operations within the facility. The role involves monitoring compliance, ensuring staff safety, conducting inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture across the organization. Candidates should be NEBOSH/IOSH trained with excellent people management skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all Health & Safety activities across the facility.

Conduct daily rounds to identify hazards and coordinate corrective actions.

Ensure staff wear proper PPE and follow safety protocols.

Maintain discipline, harmony, and safe work practices within the facility.

Prepare and update H&S checklists, incident, and accident reports.

Inspect and maintain safety equipment, tools, and first aid kits.

Conduct safety inductions, awareness programs, and evacuation drills.

Lead emergency evacuation procedures with the designated safety team.

Monitor high-risk activities and implement waste management and hygiene standards.

Support periodic training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement).

NEBOSH / IOSH certified.

2+ years of mid-level H&S experience preferred.

Strong people management and communication skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office.
-
Physically energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Ability to promote and uphold safety culture effectively.
Salary & Benefits:

Monthly Salary: AED 3,500 + Live Out Allowance AED 850 + Food Allowance AED 206.25.
