Emirates Logistics LLC is hiring a Safety Officer to oversee and coordinate all Health & Safety (H&S) operations within the facility. The role involves monitoring compliance, ensuring staff safety, conducting inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture across the organization. Candidates should be NEBOSH/IOSH trained with excellent people management skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all Health & Safety activities across the facility.

• Conduct daily rounds to identify hazards and coordinate corrective actions.

• Ensure staff wear proper PPE and follow safety protocols.

• Maintain discipline, harmony, and safe work practices within the facility.

• Prepare and update H&S checklists, incident, and accident reports.

• Inspect and maintain safety equipment, tools, and first aid kits.

• Conduct safety inductions, awareness programs, and evacuation drills.

• Lead emergency evacuation procedures with the designated safety team.

• Monitor high-risk activities and implement waste management and hygiene standards.

• Support periodic training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement).

• NEBOSH / IOSH certified.

• 2+ years of mid-level H&S experience preferred.

• Strong people management and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office.

• Physically energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Ability to promote and uphold safety culture effectively.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 3,500 + Live Out Allowance AED 850 + Food Allowance AED 206.25.
