Aldhafra Resort, a serene desert retreat near Abu Dhabi, is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to support daily operations of its F&B outlet. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest service, managing the team, ensuring operational compliance, and driving revenue. The Assistant Manager will step in to manage the outlet in the absence of the Outlet Manager.
Responsibilities:

Support the Outlet/F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations.

Ensure high-quality guest service and staff performance.

Maintain operational compliance and adherence to departmental standards.

Assist in revenue management and achieving departmental targets.

Take full responsibility for outlet management in the absence of the Manager.

Monitor cost control, inventory, and operational efficiency.
Skills & Requirements:

2–4 years of supervisory or management experience in F&B operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in POS and reservation systems (e.g., Micros, Toast, Seven Rooms).

Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

Solid understanding of cost control and inventory management.

College/university degree in hospitality or related field is a plus.

Passion for hospitality, service excellence, and guest experience.

Outstanding organizational and leadership capabilities.
