Getinge, a global leader in life-saving technology and healthcare solutions, is looking for a Sales Support Executive (Temporary – 1 Year Contract) to join their Regional Sales team in Dubai. This role involves providing key administrative and operational support to ensure smooth handling of documentation, contracts, tenders, and customer orders. The position is critical to supporting business growth and ensuring efficient processes across the Middle East, North East & South Africa region.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and process DDP documentation in compliance with company standards.

Coordinate and follow up on E&C requirements.

Monitor, update, and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle.

Assist in preparing and submitting tenders on time with complete documentation.

Track and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery.

Liaise between Area Managers, internal departments, and external partners.

Maintain accurate filing and documentation per company policies.

Support ad-hoc administrative and sales-related tasks.
Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in administrative, coordination, or support roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Proactive, independent, and collaborative team player.
