Emirates Logistics LLC is hiring a Safety Officer to ensure compliance with all health and safety (H&S) regulations across its operations. The role involves supervising safety procedures, conducting inspections, training staff, managing incidents, and maintaining a safe workplace environment. The ideal candidate will be NEBOSH/IOSH trained, energetic, and proactive with strong people management skills.

• Monthly Salary: AED 3,500 + Live-out Allowance AED 850 + Food Allowance AED 206.25

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all Health & Safety (H&S) matters in the facility.

• Maintain H&S checklists and ensure compliance.

• Ensure workers use proper PPE and follow safety guidelines.

• Conduct daily rounds to identify hazards inside and outside the facility.

• Maintain discipline and report any disruptive or unsafe conduct.

• Organize periodic H&S training, awareness programs, and safety inductions.

• Record and maintain incident and accident reports.

• Inspect and maintain safety equipment and first aid kits.

• Provide first aid and manage evacuation drills with designated teams.

• Oversee waste management, housekeeping, and social hygiene systems.

• Perform any other safety-related tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• NEBOSH / IOSH certification is mandatory.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent MS Office skills.

• Energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Skilled in people management and maintaining discipline.

• Ability to handle high-risk activities and support continuous improvement.

• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
