Visionary Solutions Limited, a centralized cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a Senior Fiat Hedging Manager to be based in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role involves monitoring USD/TRY volatility, developing hedging strategies using derivatives, and managing TRY exposures to protect the business in a high-growth, volatile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze onshore and offshore USD/TRY pricing dynamics, identifying risks from volatility, liquidity, and policy changes.

• Develop and execute hedging strategies using derivatives (Forwards, Swaps, Options) to safeguard balance sheets and cash flows.

• Manage TRY position limits based on business forecasts and adjust exposures dynamically to minimize hedging costs.

• Provide 24/7 monitoring and rapid execution of hedges during high-volatility periods.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align hedging activities with business objectives and risk tolerance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management, derivatives trading, or hedging; Turkish market experience is highly desirable.

• Strong proficiency with financial derivatives (Forwards, Swaps, Options) for hedging purposes on crypto exchanges.

• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to interpret macroeconomic data, central bank policies, and geopolitical risks.

• Must be based in Dubai, UAE.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in data analysis and modeling to forecast USD/TRY trends.

• Familiarity with Web3/crypto exchange operations and associated risks.

• Proven track record managing TRY exposure in a high-growth or volatile environment.
