We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 4–5 years of experience to join our team in Sharjah. The role involves analyzing large data sets, creating SQL-based reports and dashboards, and collaborating with Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders to translate data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

• Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, and dashboards to support business needs.

• Partner with Marketing, Finance, and other departments to provide data-driven recommendations.

• Translate business questions into analytical problems and deliver actionable solutions.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple sources and platforms.

• Support strategic decision-making with ad-hoc and recurring analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.

• 4–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.

• Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience.

• Proven experience collaborating with business stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, etc.) to drive insights.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex data to non-technical audiences.

• Experience with subscription models and app-based businesses.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
