MBT Finance is seeking enthusiastic and driven Relationship Officers to join their retail banking team in Dubai. This role focuses on promoting personal finance and credit card products while providing tailored financial solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Promote personal finance and credit card products to potential clients.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Generate leads through referrals and cold calling.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.

• Ability to generate leads and manage client relationships.

• Previous sales or banking experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Salary & Benefits:
