Our leading main contracting client is looking for a highly experienced Civil Foreman (Waterproofing) to join their team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in supervising waterproofing works on high-profile civil construction projects. Candidates must have a strong track record working with recognised main contractors in the UAE.

This role is available for immediate joining and offered as an initial 3-month contract through J10 Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities, including labor and subcontractor performance.

• Ensure waterproofing works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Coordinate closely with Site Engineers, Project Manager, and other site teams.

• Manage allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials.

• Monitor project progress and prepare daily site reports.

• Enforce HSE compliance and implement corrective actions where required.

• Troubleshoot and resolve site-related challenges to prevent delays.

• Review, interpret, and apply construction drawings and technical documents.

• Assist QA/QC teams in quality inspections and ensure corrective measures are applied.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field.

• 5–8 years of UAE experience as a Civil Foreman on large-scale building or civil projects.

• Proven expertise in waterproofing works across residential and commercial projects.

• Strong leadership and site supervision skills.

• Excellent knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and site procedures.

• Effective communication and team management abilities.

• Ability to coordinate multiple trades in a fast-paced project environment.
