Palazzo Versace Dubai, a luxury 5-star hotel, is seeking an In-Room Dining Order Taker to provide exceptional service to our guests. The role involves taking orders, upselling food and beverages, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for hotel guests in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take in-room dining orders over the phone and provide menu guidance.

• Sell and upsell food and beverage items.

• Describe dishes, ingredients, and beverage options to guests.

• Greet colleagues, report to supervisors, and maintain punctuality and professionalism.

• Follow proper payroll, uniform, and departmental procedures.

• Serve and clear food and beverages unobtrusively and professionally.

• Utilize hotel computer systems for order entry, billing, and check management.

• Assist in private dining or event services as required.

• Maintain standards for table settings, linen, china, glass, and silverware.

• Respond appropriately in any hotel emergency or guest service situation.

• Attend training sessions and adhere to hotel policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Hotel school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a multicultural 5-star hotel environment.

• Skilled in food and beverage service; event experience is a plus.

• Ability to upsell and handle luxury guest volumes.

• Clear and professional phone communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, long hours, and flexible shifts.

• Creative, positive, and team-oriented mindset.
